The training consists of a 60-minute session, including a lecture and hands-on skills training.

Our instructors reserve the right to refuse to allow completion of the course for individuals who are assessed during the course to be a safety risk to themselves or the public. Participants must be over the age of 18, unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
